Laina Winters is the owner and operator of Changing Seasons Counseling Inc. Laina provided mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in the Greater Willamette Valley from 2004 until 2013. In 2013, Laina was offered an opportunity to return to Alaska to provided mental health services to under served population.
